Over the years I've seen dozens of chiropractors, massage therapists, PTs and body workers. I've tried rolfing, foam rollers, MELT method & yoga. You name it, I've probably tried it.
But it wasn't until I found Caralina that I've started to see real progress. I came to Dr. Caralina Kvalstad for numbness in both of my thighs which had been going on for the previous 2 years. My regular chiropractor--doing adjustments--wasn't able to help alleviate the symptoms, and my regular doctor basically said there was nothing that I could do to get rid of the problem (except loose weight, and not wear tight pants!?) . After one session with her, primarily doing deep tissue work, I was 90% healed!

"I am a Holistic, Functional Medicine Physician and I have been working with Dr. Kvalstad since 2018, and I can honestly say Dr. Kvalstad has helped me change my life around completely in so many ways. I initially started seeing her for chiropractic adjustments, nutrition counseling, energy work and intuitive coaching. Dr. Caralina, I have been getting bodywork and chiropractic from many practitioners over the years and I must say I am impressed with what you do. (I normally don't write these kind of letters). I enjoyed the depth of work you did on my body the other day, and am confident that we will continue to make progress on my hip, neck and shoulder issues.
